Totally new gîte (54 sq. m.) on ground floor of building, also comprising owners' home, in peaceful hamlet on edge of the Massif des Bauges. Fitted kitchen (oven, microwave) opening onto living room (LCD TV), 2 bedrooms (2 single beds that can be joined to form king-size bed) (160x200cm bed, single bed). Shower room/WC. Large terrace (30 sq. m.). 10% discount for 3 week stay. Massif du Semnoz 18km, forest walks. Medieval town of Alby-sur-Chéran (arcades) 6km. Fishing in river Chéran. Leisure centre at Rumilly 9km. Annecy 15km. Aix-les-Bains 26km. Towels supplied. Cost of cleaning included in rent. No smoking gîte.
