Nestled at an altitude of 1300 meters in the middle of the forest, this former renovated alpine chalet will seduce you with its authenticity, its volumes, its typical Savoyard decoration, and its breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc range. An ideal place to meet up with family or friends. A privileged address reserved for nature lovers.
Details of the accomodation
Old renovated alpine farm of 203m2 (refuge atmosphere) arranged on 3 levels.
On the 1st (direct access from the large courtyard at the back of the chalet): fitted kitchen open to large living room (benches, TV, wood pellet stove, hi-fi) giving access to the balcony, bathroom (shower) with wc, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 120x190cm), bedroom 2/dormitory (4 bunk beds 140x190cm). Upstairs: bedroom 3 (2 beds 140x190cm). On the lower level of the chalet (ground floor): bathroom (shower with wc), separate wc, second living room (kitchen area, sofa bed, wood stove), bedroom 4 (2 beds 140x190cm), bedroom 5 (1 bed 120x180cm), laundry room. Vast landscaped grounds with large forest tables, parasols, barbecues, and children's games. Wood heating (pellets provided) with electric back-up. Possibility to rent sheets. Chalet supplied by spring water. Wi-Fi Internet
Summer access (after the snow has melted): by classic tourist vehicle (forest road for 2km).
In winter: transport is provided by Buggy (2 contiguous round trips on arrival and departure included).
Possibility of optional additional transport. It is also possible to rent the buggy for a week (1000 euros). A deposit of 3000 euros will then be requested (+ insurance subscription).
In winter, on foot: 30 minutes walk in the forest to reach the car park 2km away (loan of snowshoes). Hiking trails, snowshoes, mountain biking on site in all seasons.
Skiing at Cordon 3.5km in winter (from the gîte), or 1.6km from the car park. Combloux ski area 7km (from the car park). City of Sallanches 8km.

Séjour à 3 familles ( 6 adultes et 14 enfants) Chalet idéalement placé avec une vue magnifique sur le massif du Mont Blanc! Très fonctionnel et bien équipé pour un groupe.

- The Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc includes stations of la Giettaz, Megève, Combloux, st-Gervais and St-Nicolas de Véroce. This area that is open in the form of amphitheatre on the Mont-Blanc to ski more than 445km of slopes with 113 ski lifts including 3 cable cars, 10 gondolas, 37 lifts and 62 lifts and 1 treadmill. Alpine pastures, forests of fir trees and large spaces alternate to create harmonious reliefs and focus.
- Located in the heart of the Mont-Blanc country, cord is a family resort tucked away in the Aravis chain and faces the majestic Mont Blanc range which offers a breathtaking panorama of beauty which has preserved the charm of the mountain village and a quality of life. Small ski area with of trails of all levels: 6 ski lifts for 11 miles of trails, Boarder Cross, Luge, sealskins, snowshoes, Snowpark, snowboarders, telemarkers.. .and everything facing the grandiose panorama of the Mont-Blanc.
