View of the Rochebrune and Mont-Blanc mountains, hamlet chalet comprising 1 gîte and the owners accommodation. Cottage of 36 m2, garden level: independent entrance, kitchen area, living room (160 cm Rapido type sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed or 2 twin 80x190 beds). separate wc, shower room with walk-in shower / wc. Sheets are provided, beds are made upon arrival. Central heating. South-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, grounds. Car park. Megeve center 1.5 km. Sports center (swimming pool, skating rink, tennis, ...) 2 km away. Ski area: Jaillet / Rochebrune at 2 km. Cross-country skiing, Jaillet at 2 km. In winter, free shuttle 50m from the gîte leading to the center of Megève or to the Rochebrune ski area, Mont d'Arbois and Jaillet. -10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.

- The Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc includes stations of la Giettaz, Megève, Combloux, st-Gervais and St-Nicolas de Véroce. This area that is open in the form of amphitheatre on the Mont-Blanc to ski more than 445km of slopes with 113 ski lifts including 3 cable cars, 10 gondolas, 37 lifts and 62 lifts and 1 treadmill. Alpine pastures, forests of fir trees and large spaces alternate to create harmonious reliefs and focus.
