Located at the neck of the Fry cross, between the village of Manigod and La Clusaz, Aristocats cottage of 42 m² (+14 m² in attic) with separate entrance, located on the 2nd floor of a chalet with owners accommodation and another cottage (reference 160015).
Kitchen open to living room (sofa bed) with access to balcony and a beautiful view panoramic winter on the mountains and the ski slopes. 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140cm. Bathroom (bath, washing machine), WC.
Sheets ovens. South facing terrace located on the lower level of the cottage with garden furniture and barbecue. Closet skis. Unlimited access to the indoor pool (according to dates and opening hours) of owners facing chalet hotel.
Activities: Ski (the cross Fry-Merdassier connected to the La Clusaz field) on-site, La Clusaz to 8km (shops and many activities, possible access by shuttles winter), Lake Annecy, beaches 27km, Annecy 33km.

- The Aravis space and an area connected by shuttle. This space includes the stations of le Grand-Bornand, Clusaz, Manigod and St-Jean-de-Sixt. This domain account 220 km of slopes in an altitude between 1000 m and 2600 m altitude. The link between la Clusaz and le Grand-Bornand is by ski - bus with a rotation every half hour (6km). It is free for owners of Aravis package. Also note the Nordic ski area (more than 100km) on the field.
