Modern gite in an independent, comfortable wooden chalet with private terrace and beautiful view of the surrounding forests and mountains (Belle-Etoile, Sambuy, Sulens, etc.). Mid-mountain sector ideal for a quiet stay, near Lake Annecy and the Aravis resorts with multiple summer and winter activities.
Details of the accomodation
Independent gite of 70m² on the two levels of a chalet built in 2018 near the owners' accommodation. Private terrace with spa accessible from May to October, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue.
Entrance via the gite terrace on level 0 of the gite (level 1 from the road, accessible by a stone staircase directly from the parking area).
On the ground floor: entrance hall with space to take off your shoes under the stairs, fitted kitchen and dining area in a vast space with large panoramic windows, living room (two sofas, television, coffee table, etc.). Bathroom with walk-in shower, stone washbasin on cupboard, WC and washing machine. Upstairs (attic, access via comfortable staircase) two bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x200cm, wardrobe with storage, armchair), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, chest of drawers). Independent WC with washbasin. Possibility to rent sheets and towels. End of stay cleaning included.
Wifi by 4G. Snow equipment recommended in winter. Parking below the accommodation with sheltered and closed storage area (bicycles, etc.). Access by municipal road at the foot of the gîte.
All shops in Faverges 5km, or Thônes 16km. Skiing at the family resort of Sambuy at 14km, resorts of Aravis (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz or Manigod - Col de la Croix Fry) at 27km, edge of Lake Annecy at Doussard 12km. Annecy at 28km. Golf of Giez at 9km. Many walks nearby. Shuttle to the lake or La Sambuy in summer and to La Sambuy in winter. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
