Gite of 65m2 on one level, in a private wing of the owners' house (independent access, adjoining house with dividing wall). Quiet environment, on the edge of the forest with its private access.
Independent entrance: fitted kitchen open to living room (connected TV, rapido-type sofa offering a comfortable 140x190cm extra bed).
Bedroom 1 (parental): 1 bed 160x200cm, Smart TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Bedroom 2: 2 twin 80x200cm beds request for a 160x200cm bed. independent bathroom (walk-in shower), wc. Laundry room: washer and dryer, shoe dryer. Safe. Floor heating. Centralization of shutters. Heated swimming pool shared with the owners, accessible from May to mid-November (owners flexible to privatization on certain time slots). Pétanque ground, trampoline, table tennis, outdoor children's games.
Private terrace with lounge, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs. Cer on skis. Everything is included: sheets (beds made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Baby equipment on request.
