At the foot of the green needle in quiet hamlet, overlooking the Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, cottage of 71m2 built on 2 levels on the 1st floor of a renovated farmhouse character (1786) including housing owners (ground floor), as well as another gîte. Refined and warm atmosphere. On the 1st floor, integrated kitchen open to living room and dining area, Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90cm twin + 1 bed 90 cm), bathroom, separate wc. 2nd floor, attic bedroom (1 bed 160 or 2 beds 80 cm twin). balcony, laundry, Central heating wood.
