Independent access gîte of 74m2 on the 1st floor of a house including a year-round rental (on the ground floor), located near the owners' family farm and another gîte. Integrated kitchen, living room (sofa), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190), Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190). Bathroom (bath), separate toilet. In summer: forest table available, with barbecue. Slope. Possibility to rent sheets. Skiing in Saint-Gervais at 3km (Bettex cable car), Combloux or Megève at 8km (Princess cable car). St-Gervais-Le Fayet thermal baths at 3km. In summer: Passy lake and leisure center 4km away. Many hikes on the Aravis or the Mont-Blanc sector. Reduction for stay 3 weeks -10%.

Encore un super séjour!
Cette fois ci le grand Warens nous a accueillit. De beaux volumes de pièces, du fonctionnel et de l'efficace, on s'y sent très bien. Et les propriétaires sont toujours au top ! Un vrai plaisir d'être revenus!
