Independent chalet of 60m2 arranged on 2 levels, and offering a very beautiful sight on the surrounding massifs (Fiz, massif of mont-blanc).
On the garden level: entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (reading area with fireplace, armchairs), shower room (shower, wc), bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190cm with possible twin bed 180cm).
Upstairs: mezzanine (sofa, TV), giving access to bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm). Sheets included and beds made upon your arrival. Cleaning is included for short stays (2 to 3 nights).
Parking, flat garden, 2 private terraces facing south-east with table forest, umbrella, deckchairs and barbecue. Ski room.
In winter, ski area Megève / Saint-Gervais 3km (by the gondola of the Princess in Megève, or the gondola of Bettex in St-Gervais).
Combloux village center at 4km, Megève village center and sports center at 5km: swimming pool, tennis, ice rink ...
Thermal baths of St. Gervais at 7,5km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car. Many walks nearby in summer.
