Prime location for this lodging of 62 m 2 landscaped on the 2nd floor. In winter: at the foot of the ski area, and facing the beginner slopes (views). Very nice view (mountain, greenery, tracks) unopposed.

West-facing gîte: fitted kitchen (microwave) opening onto living room, bedroom 1 (double bed), bedroom 2 (3 single beds), shower room, WC. Electric heating. Balcony (panoramic view). Shared terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), shared utility room (washing m/c). 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Sixt is on the Grand Massif ski area (connected to Samoëns via shuttle). Le Fer à Cheval (precipice classified as 'Grand Site National') nearby, nature reserve, Via Ferrata (assisted rock climbing), climbing, etc.
