Details of the accomodation
Gite of 84 m² totally independent in an old mill renovated with an ecological approach in housing on two levels. Capacity up to 5 people, on request, with supplement.
On the ground floor: access by entrance hall and area for storing outerwear / shoes. Fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, dishwasher, etc.) open to the dining area (table for 4) and relaxation area with sofa in front of the mass stove. Access to the bathroom (bath, WC, washing machine) through the corridor including a small office and access to the outside of the gîte. Access staircase to the 1st floor under the mansard comprising a large bedroom with 180x200 cm bed and office area + storage space. Mezzanine with relaxation area (140x195 cm convertible sofa, wall-mounted TV - DVD only) + a sleeping area with 90x200 cm bed and 105x195 cm armchair bed.
Large land around the gîte including several landscaped and furnished areas with garden furniture and games available (badminton, football cage).
Wifi in the house. Wood heating by mass stove and additional pellet stove. The owner lives in the town a few minutes from the cottage.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Animal accepted, optional. 3 week reduction -10%.
Shops 9 km away (Cruseilles).
Located in Cercier, a town in Geneva renowned for its production of apples and pears from Savoie. Geneva and Annecy 25 km, Ferme de Chosal 6 km. Andilly (Parc des Epouvantails, HameauPère Noël) 8 km. Découvertes à 25 kilomètres de chez soi...
Le lieu est magique et ce séjour nous a permis de découvrir une campagne, pourtant si près de chez nous ( Genève ville) , mais dont nous ne connaissions pas la diversité. ...Et nous reviendrons!
