Apartment (56m²) on the 2nd floor (from the parking and the main entrance) of the residence le Merisier. 1 apartment on this level - top floor of the condo (without elevator).
Entrance hall, small kitchen area, very nice atmosphere in the living room combining wood and stone with a large fixed window offering a magnificent view of the village and the mountains, door window overlooking south-west facing balcony. Television, dvd player, dining table, decorative fireplace (not usable). Wireless
bedrooms: bedroom 1 with 1 bed 160x200cm, bedroom 2 with 2 beds 80x190cm can be twinned to create a double bed 160cm.
