Independent chalet of 174m2 on 4 levels in the immediate vicinity of the center of Chamonix.
On the garden level: large living room with TV and fireplace, fitted kitchen, separate toilet.
1st floor: bedroom 1 (1 190x200cm bed, Tv, private bathroom with wc), bedroom 2 (2 80x200cm beds which can be twinned as a 160cm bed, Tv, private bathroom with wc), bedroom 3 (2 twin 80x200cm beds 160cm bed, Tv, private bathroom with wc).
2nd: bedroom 4: 3 bed 80x200cm, 2 of which can be twinned into a 160cm bed, plus a double bed. Private bathroom with separate bath and toilet.
In the basement of the chalet: Tv room with games and DVDs, storage room with shoe dryers, Sauna.
Land around the chalet, terrace with barbecue garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. Outdoor spa. Internet wifi.
Sheets and towels are included. Central heating.
Parking: 2 private parking lots located 40m from the chalet (a garage + a covered parking space 200m away).
Possibility to rent a small independent mazot located on the ground at an additional cost (capacity for 2 people, with shower and toilet on the ground floor, and sleeping area upstairs).
