73m2 gîte on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse, also including 2 other gites and owners' accommodation (upstairs). Common entrance with storage. Single storey cottage with fitted kitchen open to living room: Tv, rapido-type convertible sofa (offering a very comfortable 140x190cm bed), bedroom 1 with 2 90x190cm beds and TV, Bedroom 2 (1 160x200cm bed) with shower Italian and sink. Shower room with shower and wc. Herbal terrace with furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Internet wifi. Possibility to rent sheets. Shared: indoor hammam and outdoor sauna offering a beautiful view of the valley and the Mont-Blanc massif.
Sallanches center 3km away. Skiing in Combloux or Megève at 4.5km. In summer, Combloux biotope lake (swimming, spa) 2.5km away. St-Gervais thermal baths 10km away. Chamonix 40 minutes away. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
