Magnificent independent chalet of 160m2 arranged on 3 levels in an authentic and preserved environment - facing Mont-Blanc.
On the ground floor: bedroom 1 (2 90x200cm beds that can be combined into a 180cm bed, shower), laundry room (tray, wc, washing machine and dryer).
On the first floor : integrated kitchen open to a large living room (wood stove, TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), separate wc.
On the 2nd floor: bedroom 3 (1 160x200cm bed), bedroom 4 (2 twin 90x200cm beds, extra bed), bathroom with shower and wc, bathroom with tub and wc.
Garage, balcony, and beautiful terrace on the 1st floor with garden furniture, parasol, electric barbecue and deckchairs.
Internet by 4G box. Bed linen and end of stay cleaning are included. Parking spaces next to the chalet in addition to the garage.
Center of Sallanches, shops at 5km. Ski at Combloux and Cordon at 13km or Megève at 15 km.
Many hikes nearby all seasons (refuge / restaurant of Mayères, Refuge of Doran, Pointe Percée, etc ...).
Baths of Saint-Gervais 13km. Summer swimming 10km away : Passy leisure center and Combloux biotope lake. Lacs des Ilettes at 7 km
Chamonix Mont-Blanc 35 km (40 minutes), Annecy and Geneva 1 hour by car.

- The Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc includes stations of la Giettaz, Megève, Combloux, st-Gervais and St-Nicolas de Véroce. This area that is open in the form of amphitheatre on the Mont-Blanc to ski more than 445km of slopes with 113 ski lifts including 3 cable cars, 10 gondolas, 37 lifts and 62 lifts and 1 treadmill. Alpine pastures, forests of fir trees and large spaces alternate to create harmonious reliefs and focus.
