Details of the accomodation
Gîte of independent access of 92m2 arranged in duplex appartment on the 1st floor of a big cottage of character including the lodging of the owners as well as another lodging on the ground floor. A third gîte is also present on the estate. At the 1st floor: Large living room with fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, TV), bathroom (bath), separate toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, TV), bedroom 3 (4 beds 80cm twin beds in 2 beds 160cm, on request), bathroom with shower and toilet. Private terrace facing Mont Blanc accessible from the living room, with furniture. Internet wifi. In common with the 3 lodgings all the year: heated outside swimming pool, swing, ground of petanque and skiroom. Easy access in winter. Parking in the property. Sallanches at 1.2km (all shops). Ski in Combloux 7km, Megève 8km. Thermes de St-Gervais 7km. Chamonix at 30 minutes.
In summer, leisure base of Passy at 3.5km. Cottage along the road to Megève and Combloux. Center of Sallanhes at 2 minutes by car.
