Details of the accomodation
Independant chalet (141m2) on 2 levels facing the mountains of High Giffre. The chalet is located next to the owners' chalet in a quiet part of the village, all in good condition, close to shops and ski lifts.
In winter, the chalet faces a sledge slope and the end of the ski slope 'La Bérieu' (return 'skis to feet' depending on snow conditions).
1st floor (access by external steps): fitted kitchen open to living room (sofas, Tv, wood granules stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, Tv, private bathroom with shower), separate toilet, laundry area.
2nd: bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm + 2 beds 90x190cm, Tv), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, Tv), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, Tv), 2 bathrooms with shower and wc.
Balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor, large covered west terrace accessible from the living room with garden furniture and plancha.
Sheets are included. Internet wifi.
On-site parking on the ground floor (delaces, one of which is covered, a third on request). Private ski and bicycle room located on the ground floor.
Morillon center village, Tourist Office, restaurants, shops at 500m away.
Morillon cable car at 400m: access to the Grand Massif ski area including the resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval (265 km of slopes).
Beginners trail on site depending on snow conditions. Cross-country ski trail and snowshoe trails nearby.
Leisure center of blue Lac at 600m: summer swimming, horse riding, tree climbing, tennis etc ...
Samoëns village 4km away, swimming pool, ice rink. Many hikes to practice nearby all season or in the Fer-A-Cheval reserve 17km away.

Gites très spacieux et trés lumineux idéal pour vacances en famille ou entre amis. Les enfants peuvent jouer dans le pré. Seul petit bémol,il n'est pas très bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine.
