Individual chalet of 121m2 on 3 levels in the heart of the quiet and unspoiled hamlet of the valleys (municipality of Samoëns).
Very nice chalet-style interior layout.
On the raised ground floor (access by 5 external steps from the car park): entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto large living room (TV, sofa), laundry area (washing machine and dryer), separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 bed 160x200cm, private bathroom with shower), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90xcm), separate bathroom (shower), separate bathroom ( bath), separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: bedroom 4 (4 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x190cm).
Balcony, courtyard, large flat garden, and southwest terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.
Towels and sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Internet wifi. Private parking spaces in the courtyard of the chalet.
Technical room located in the basement of the chalet for storing elos skis.
Samoëns village center, shops, ice rink, botanical garden 2.5km away. Ski-bus shuttle stop 150m away in season (access to the village center of Samoëns and Grand Massif Express).
