Exceptional (Massif of the Mont-Blanc chain of Fiz) and Panorama for this cottage on the 1st floor of a former farm renovated character. Atmosphere very cozy and warm combines all the charm of a typically mountain Interior (stone and old wood). Very quiet, no neighbours.
Details of the accomodation
On the heights of Sallanches, 5 minutes by car from the city center (2.5 km), a 61m2 gîte on the first floor of the owners house. Integrated kitchen open to living room (convertible sofa 130), Bedroom 1 (1 160x200 bed), bedroom 2 / sleeping alcove (1 bed 90 + 1 bunk bed 90). Shower room, separate wc, utility room with storage. Large built-in bay window overlooking balcony / terrace. Sheets are provided and beds made upon arrival. Ski room. Many hikes nearby in summer. Ski areas of Cordon and Combloux at 10km, Princess telecabine (Megève) at 10Km. Chamonix at 34 km, Megève sports complex at 13 km, leisure centers and lakes at 5 km. Discount for stays from 3 weeks -10%.

- The Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc includes stations of la Giettaz, Megève, Combloux, st-Gervais and St-Nicolas de Véroce. This area that is open in the form of amphitheatre on the Mont-Blanc to ski more than 445km of slopes with 113 ski lifts including 3 cable cars, 10 gondolas, 37 lifts and 62 lifts and 1 treadmill. Alpine pastures, forests of fir trees and large spaces alternate to create harmonious reliefs and focus.
- Located in the heart of the Mont-Blanc country, cord is a family resort tucked away in the Aravis chain and faces the majestic Mont Blanc range which offers a breathtaking panorama of beauty which has preserved the charm of the mountain village and a quality of life.
