Details of the accomodation
Mazot typical 42m ² located in the heart of a set of 3 cottages close (mazot + cottage large capacity + cottage owners). It can be rented independently or in annex of the chalet referenced 63024.
The mazot is arranged on 2 levels + lower part (basement) of the chalet converted into a wellness area (indoor sauna + Scandinavian spa on the terrace) on reservation with supplement, available only during the winter period and common to the 2 chalets for rent .
Parking / access on the same level as the mazot. Ground floor: fitted kitchen with dining area open to living room (sofa bed type rapido for sleeping 2 people), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
On the floor (access by ladder of miller), very beautiful vaulted room with 1 bed 180x190cm separable in 2 beds 90cm. Small mezzanine above the living room accessible by ladder with 2 beds 1 extra person.
Bed sheets and towels included. Internet access by wifi. Laundry service by the owner (incs).
Local skis and bicycles. Private parking. Covered terrace area with garden furniture. Balcony. Barbecue. Lower part of the mazot: common well-being area (only winter periods), 2nd terrace. The terrace is located below the mazot. As the guests of the large chalet are forced to pass to the side to access the local shuttle, a breeze is installed on the side of the terrace in the summer.
Center of the resort (shops, swimming pool) 1km. Ski: Barbossine chairlift at 300m, shuttle bus stop on site.Many hikes nearby in Abondance Valley. Lake Geneva, Evian-les-Bains (thermal baths) 38km. Swiss border (Pas de Morgins) at 4km.

- The Valley of Abondance is part of the Alpine massif du Chablais. the village of Chapel opens all the generosity of its Valley where culminates the Cornettes de Bise and Mont de Grange (2,433 m). A single package allows to ski on the massifs of Braitaz, Crêt-blessed and the station of Switzerland de Torgon, this alpine ski area offers 22 lifts and 75 km of ski slopes. Starting point of the Portes du Soleil, the chapel-Torgon offers 650 km of ski slopes, 35 km of Nordic ski slopes (double tracing: sakting and alternative) and of trails for the fans of snowshoeing. - The Massif du Chablais is the second widest massif of the Northern pre-Alps. It is located in Haute-Savoie in the French, Chablais and small part in the canton Valais (Switzerland). The Chablais is a massif of average mountain which peaks at 2432 m the Cornettes de Bise and Mont de Grange, and 2466 m a little further to the South, in the Hauts-Forts. This altitude is ideal for the practice of hiking. A multitude of trails lead on most of the summits: the famous Dent D'oche, visible Evian or Thonon les Memises is a real balcony above Lake Geneva.
