In the heart of the Mont-Blanc Massif, new chalet, 240 m² independent built on 3 levels. On the ground floor: entrance, bedroom 1 (accessible disabled) (1 bed 180 - or 2 twin beds 90), kitchenette, bathroom (disabled), laundry (washing machine, dryer). 1st: large living room with lounge area (sofas), dining area, kitchen area, access to covered terrace and small balcony, separate toilet. 2nd, bedroom 2 (1 bed 160 - or 2x80 twin, sofa, private bathroom / wc) room 3 (1 bed 180 - or 2x90 twin + 1 bed 90, private bathroom / wc), bedroom 4 (4 beds 90), shower room.
Car park. Small balcony + covered terrace with furniture and deckchairs (summer period). Ground of ease. Sheets are included, beds made upon arrival.
Pass and natural reserve Aiguilles Rouges 4 km. Chamonix 15km.
In winter, cable car 3 minutes walk from the chalet to access the slopes Vallorcine-Balme-le Tour.
Ski down to the chalet by red slope. Climbing, slope, ski touring on site.
The owner is professional mountain (ski instructor, guide and bi-placer paragliding).
