Details of the accomodation
Gîte of 60m2 - not overlooked - on the ground floor of a luxury chalet also including the owners' accommodation.
Each has its own private entrance. Independent entrance from the courtyard.
Entrance hall with storage, fitted kitchen open to living room (TV, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed, private bathroom with bath and wc), bedroom 2 (2 80x200cm beds that can be joined to 160cm), shower room with shower and wc.
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Wi-Fi internet. Ski room.
Pleasant east terrace facing Mont-Blanc accessible from the living room (garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs). Children's swing.
Parking in the courtyard located in front of the front door of the gîte.
End of stay cleaning included.
Combloux ski area 2km away (Les Brons car park). Center of Combloux, shops and biotope lake 3km away (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc).
Center of Megève, sports hall at 7km (swimming pool, ice rink, well-being etc...). Saint-Gervais thermal baths at 13km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc at 30km (40 minutes by car).
Many hikes to practice all seasons nearby and in the Pays du Mont Blanc.

Nous sommes très surpris par votre avis. Nous étions effectivement absent le jour de votre arrivée tardive et vous avons rencontrés le dimanche soir. Vous nous avez alors fait par de votre satisfaction concernant le gîte. Nous vous avions envoyé avant votre séjour notre livret d’accueil vous permettant de préparer au mieux vos vacances. J’ai croisé plusieurs fois monsieur le matin avec lequel j’ai brièvement échangé puisque vous connaissiez la région. Nous n’imposons pas notre présence à nos hôtes. Nous faisons confiance pour l’état des lieux et la caution vous a été rendue au moment de votre départ. Comme pour chaque réservation, nous faisons nous-mêmes le ménage et apportons un soin particulier à fournir un équipement de qualité, c’est pourquoi nous avons tenu à vous signaler ces 2 petits problèmes. - The Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc includes stations of la Giettaz, Megève, Combloux, st-Gervais and St-Nicolas de Véroce. This area that is open in the form of amphitheatre on the Mont-Blanc to ski more than 445km of slopes with 113 ski lifts including 3 cable cars, 10 gondolas, 37 lifts and 62 lifts and 1 treadmill. Alpine pastures, forests of fir trees and large spaces alternate to create harmonious reliefs and focus.
- Located in the heart of the Mont-Blanc country, cord is a family resort tucked away in the Aravis chain and faces the majestic Mont Blanc range which offers a breathtaking panorama of beauty which has preserved the charm of the mountain village and a quality of life. Small ski area with of trails of all levels: 6 ski lifts for 11 miles of trails, Boarder Cross, Luge, sealskins, snowshoes, Snowpark, snowboarders, telemarkers.. .and everything facing the grandiose panorama of the Mont-Blanc.
