Quality services for this cottage of 56m ² on the ground floor of the cottage owners. Independent entrance, private terrace, Hammam in the cottage.
Open kitchen on the living room (gas fireplace, TV, DVD player), bedroom 1 with 1 bed 180x200cm (separable into 2 beds 90cm) + 1 bed 90x190cm, television. Small room 2 (without window on the outside) with 2 beds 90x200cm superimposed. The 2 bedrooms overlook the bathroom (steam shower, basin on furniture wc).
Laundry room with washer dryer.
Bed linen and towels included, beds made. Possibility breakfast on request optional.
The chalet is located in the Bouchet Valley, facing the Golf, between the center of the village 5 km (lifts for skiing, swimming pool, ice rink, shops ...). Shuttles to reach the center of the village 50m from the chalet. Village center with many summer and winter activities. Cross-country skiing in the Bouchet Valley.
Lake Annecy, beaches 28km, Annecy 36km. Numerous hikes and walks in the Aravis.

- The Aravis space and an area connected by shuttle. This space includes the stations of le Grand-Bornand, Clusaz, Manigod and St-Jean-de-Sixt. This domain account 220 km of slopes in an altitude between 1000 m and 2600 m altitude. The link between la Clusaz and le Grand-Bornand is by ski - bus with a rotation every half hour (6km).
