Details of the accomodation
Spacious individual chalet of 280m² arranged on 3 levels. 5 bedrooms each with its own shower room/wc and television.
Ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room, magnificent panorama of the mountains, access to the balcony - terrace. Bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x190cm, shower room/wc, terrace access). 1 separate toilet.
Ground floor (lower part of the chalet): large bedroom 2 (1 bed 180x200cm, shower room/wc). On this same level: games room (table football, pinball machine), wellness area: shower + wc, access to the private spa on the terrace. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
1st floor of the chalet: bedroom 3 with 2 sleeping areas (3 90x190 beds, 2 of which can be combined + 1 160x200cm bed), shower room/wc, balcony access. Bedroom 4 also with 2 sleeping areas (1 160x200 bed + 2 100x200cm beds), shower room/wc, balcony. Bedroom 5 (1 bed 180x200cm, bathroom with 2 showers, wc).
Bed linen / sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included. Optional on request from the owner: cleaning during the stay and breakfast. Wifi internet access. Deposit + cleaning deposit requested by the owner on arrival.

Chalet located in a quiet area 2km from Chinaillon and its ski area. Cross-country ski trail passes behind the chalet (200m). Center of Grand-Bornand, shops, restaurants, swimming pool, skiing at 6km. Shuttle stop at 900m. Bar / restaurant 1.4km away ("Le Repaire" open from spring to autumn). Many summer / winter activities in the resort and the Aravis: swimming pools, ice rink, via ferrata, golf... and only 200m from the hiking trails. Lake Annecy (swimming, beaches) 32km, Annecy 37km. Thônes at 17km.

Très beau chalet avec tout le confort pour une famille de 15 personnes ,nous avons passés une belle semaine avec enfants et petits enfants en plus de l’accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Ravie que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour en famille pour Noël au Gypaète! Le chalet est pensé pour fonctionner à l'année et avec plusieurs familles, d'où l'importance pour moi d'avoir fait des espaces conviviaux et en même temps où chacun peut avoir son intimité. Quand je reçois des retours comme le vôtre, je suis toujours satisfaite d'avoir fait pour le mieux afin que le séjour des hôtes soit réussi.

- The Aravis space and an area connected by shuttle. This space includes the stations of le Grand-Bornand, Clusaz, Manigod and St-Jean-de-Sixt. This domain account 220 km of slopes in an altitude between 1000 m and 2600 m altitude. The link between la Clusaz and le Grand-Bornand is by ski - bus with a rotation every half hour (6km). It is free for owners of Aravis package. Also note the Nordic ski area (more than 100km) on the field.
