Independent bright chalet of 75m2 built on 2 levels offering a beautiful panoramic view of the Mont Blanc.
On the ground floor (access from the carport): kitchen open to living room (sofa, TV), laundry room with storage.
Upstairs: bedrooms 1 and 2 (each with 1 bed 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Sheets are included, and beds made upon arrival. Internet wifi.
Private enclosed garden with furniture, parasol and barbecue.on. Ski and bike room in a small local annex.
Bakery and restaurant 300m. Family ski area of Plaine-Joux at 10km (downhill skiing and cross-country skiing).
Saint-Gervais ski area at 9km (Bettex gondola), Combloux-Megève at 12km.
Base of leisure of Passy with 2,5km (summer swimming, accrobranche ...). Many hikes nearby in summer at Plaine Joux or in the nature reserve of Passy.
Thermes de Saint-Gervais (Le Fayet) at 5km. Megève 16km, Chamonix 22km.

- The Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc includes stations of la Giettaz, Megève, Combloux, st-Gervais and St-Nicolas de Véroce. This area that is open in the form of amphitheatre on the Mont-Blanc to ski more than 445km of slopes with 113 ski lifts including 3 cable cars, 10 gondolas, 37 lifts and 62 lifts and 1 treadmill.
