Independent chalet of 188m² arranged on 2 levels + basement, with terrace, garden, private garage. 4 bedrooms + loft.
Ground floor (terrace/garden level): fitted kitchen, living room - dining room (corner sofa, television, fireplace with 1st basket of wood offered, bay window overlooking the terrace and the garden). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (bath), separate wc. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage.
1st floor: mezzanine with sofa bed type BZ and 2 bunk beds 90x190cm. Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom), bedroom 4 (4 beds 90x190cm, balcony access, bathroom).
Lower part of the chalet: cellar with additional fridge and storage, 2 car garage. Parking on the lower part of the chalet or on the ground floor level.
Terrace, garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Central heating. It is necessary to bring sheets / bed linen and towels. End of stay cleaning optional.
The chalet is located on the edge of the departmental road leading to the Col de Joux Plane.

Très beau séjour en famille.
Gîte très spacieux, bien équipé et très agréable avec de très grandes chambres. Proche de tout et retour ski aux pieds en bonus!
