Spacious and comfortable chalet (195m² including 36m² attic) with mountain atmosphere and neat decoration. 1st floor: entrance hall, kitchen open to large living room (wood stove exposed fireplace / 1 free basket), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160., shower), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160 or x80 twin), bathroom (bath and shower), separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine (160 cm sofa bed, flat screen TV - DVD), Bedroom 3 (2 single beds), Bedroom 4 (1 double bed or 2 twin 80 cm beds), Bedroom 5 (4 single beds), bathroom water (shower), separate WC. 2/3 car garage, terrace with furniture, barbecue, garden, balcony, ping-pong table, heated ski/boot room. - The Aravis space and an area connected by shuttle. This space includes the stations of le Grand-Bornand, Clusaz, Manigod and St-Jean-de-Sixt.
