Details of the accomodation
Magnificent individual comfortable chalet of 164m² (+ 8m² attic) arranged on 2 levels facing the mountains, in a quiet area.
Ground floor: entrance hall with cupboard. Integrated kitchen open to large living room - dining room, large bay window with access to terrace-balcony, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate wc, laundry room/cloakroom with washing machine, dryer, dryer - ski boots + gloves.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (3 90x200cm beds, 2 of which can be combined: can be pushed together to create a double bed, shower room, balcony), bedroom 3 (1 160x200cm bed + 1 90x200cm bed, shower room, balcony) , bedroom 4 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), bedroom 5 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with shower and bath, separate wc.
Sheets and towels provided and beds made on arrival. Internet by WiFi + ethernet socket.
Covered terrace/balcony with mountain view, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. From May 2022: 6-seater outdoor spa. Private carport + parking. Storage for skis/bicycles on the ground floor of the chalet.
Shops and activities: shops in the center of the village at 1.2km. Beginners ski area 2.5km away (1 drag lift, 1 tow line, ESF lessons, cross-country trails), Aravis resorts: La Clusaz 3.5km away, Le Grand-Bornand 4km away. Shuttle stop in the center of the Village at 1.2km. Thônes at 10km, Lake Annecy and beaches at 22km, Annecy at 30km. Many hikes from the chalet and in the Massif des Aravis. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.

- The Aravis space and an area connected by shuttle. This space includes the stations of le Grand-Bornand, Clusaz, Manigod and St-Jean-de-Sixt. This domain account 220 km of slopes in an altitude between 1000 m and 2600 m altitude. The link between la Clusaz and le Grand-Bornand is by ski - bus with a rotation every half hour (6km). It is free for owners of Aravis package. Also note the Nordic ski area (more than 100km) on the field.
