Cottage of 51m2 on the first floor of a traditional renovated farmhouse type cottage also includes another cottage (adjoining), and the housing of the owner (ground floor).
Refined decoration combining modernity and mountain style, apparent structure.
Common entrance for the 2 lodgings. Possibility of independent access from the terrace in summer.
Integrated kitchen open to living room (sofa, TV, DVD, Blu-Ray, stereo), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm can be separated into 2 bed0x200 cm, private bathroom: shower and toilet), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 3 attic mezzanine (2 beds 90x190cm). Access to the mezzanine by steep stairs and low beams. Internet wifi. Sheets are included (beds made). Private terrace with table forest, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue. Private garden.
Shared ski room on the ground floor. Access to some rooms by 3 steps (rooms and shower). Private parking at the entrance of the property (2 cars maximum).
