Between the center of the village of Châtel and the Linga gondola, a warm atmosphere for this gîte in a chalet with sauna. Beautiful living room with wood burning stove. View of the village and the mountains. Shuttle stop on site.
Details of the accomodation
In a large chalet, gite of 150m² arranged on 2 levels (ground floor and 1st floor). Another gîte (reference 63028) is also available on the lower part of the chalet (ground floor). Quality services. Independent entrance.
Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the balcony-terrace with sauna. Spacious living room - dining room with television, DVD player, wood stove, bay window giving access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, shower room/wc). independent toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (3 90x200cm beds, 2 of which can be pushed together, balcony access), bedroom 3 (2 90x200cm beds + 2 90x190cm bunk beds, balcony access), bedroom 4 (2 90x200cm beds that can be pushed together). Bathroom with bath, wc, washing machine and dryer. Small shower room/wc on the mezzanine.
Wifi internet access. Small TV in each bedroom. Possibility to rent sheets.
Covered balcony-terrace with relaxation lounge, private sauna. Garden on the side of the gite with forest tables, deckchairs. Common ground below the gite. Barbecue. Private car park. Shared ski/bike room with electric shoe dryer. A small stream runs along the property.
The chalet is located along the road between the center of the village and the Linga. Center of the resort, shops at 1.5km. Skiing (Portes du Soleil area): Linga gondola at 600m, Super Chatel 2km, shuttle stop on site in front of the chalet on the Linga road), many winter and summer activities in the resort and the Valley (ice rink, hikes, swimming pool , cross-country skiing, etc.). - The Valley of Abondance is part of the Alpine massif du Chablais. the village of Chapel opens all the generosity of its Valley where culminates the Cornettes de Bise and Mont de Grange (2,433 m). A single package allows to ski on the massifs of Braitaz, Crêt-blessed and the station of Switzerland de Torgon, this alpine ski area offers 22 lifts and 75 km of ski slopes. Starting point of the Portes du Soleil, the chapel-Torgon offers 650 km of ski slopes, 35 km of Nordic ski slopes (double tracing: sakting and alternative) and of trails for the fans of snowshoeing. - The Massif du Chablais is the second widest massif of the Northern pre-Alps. It is located in Haute-Savoie in the French, Chablais and small part in the canton Valais (Switzerland). The Chablais is a massif of average mountain which peaks at 2432 m the Cornettes de Bise and Mont de Grange, and 2466 m a little further to the South, in the Hauts-Forts. This altitude is ideal for the practice of hiking. A multitude of trails lead on most of the summits: the famous Dent D'oche, visible Evian or Thonon les Memises is a real balcony above Lake Geneva.
