In a set of several chalets, very comfortable for this chalet on 4 levels (220m² + 20m² attic) combining mountain atmosphere and modern equipment. It adjoins a second identical chalet (NEKO ref. 134040). Both are "built in mirror", connected and adjoining only by the entrance halls and one of the balconies (with the spa). Each has its own independent entrance. Capacity up to 12 people. (on request for 11th and 12th pers.)
Ground floor chalet: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 180x200cm, tv, private shower room, wc and balcony access. 1 bedroom with 4 beds (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x200cm), tv, shower room and balcony access. 1 toilet.
1st floor: magnificent living room with kitchen open to living room (wine cellar, sofas, gas fireplace, TV), access to 2 balcony-terraces, one with a spa, magnificent view of Les Gets and the slopes in winter.
2nd floor: spacious parental suite of 40m² (with attics): 1 bed 180x200cm, tv, desk, sofa bed (sleeps 2 pers.), shower, bath, wc.
Lower part of the chalet: sauna, shower, closed space (without window) that can be converted according to your request into a TV room or sleeping area with 2 80x200cm beds that can be combined into 1 160x200 bed. Laundry area with washing machine + dryer.
Everything is included: sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning. Wifi internet access. Optional: cleaning during the stay.
Balcony-terraces with garden furniture, including 1 terrace equipped with a private spa.
Parking: 2 private spaces in the closed garage. From the garages, access to the chalet by lift or stairs. Ski room with boot dryer.
Village center with its shops and activities at 500m. Ski area, ESF 700m. Free shuttle 100m. In summer: mountain biking in the resort, Lac des Ecoles (swimming, leisure) 2.5km, golf course 4km. Morzine 8km. Lake Geneva, Evian 1 hour.
Animal accepted under the condition that it does not stay alone in the accommodation in particular (package 100€/animal).

In un insieme di più chalet, molto confortevole per questo chalet disposto su 4 livelli (220m² + 20m² mansarda) che unisce atmosfera di montagna e moderne attrezzature. Confina con un secondo chalet identico (NEKO ref. 134040). Entrambi sono "a specchio", collegati e comunicanti solo dagli androni e da uno dei balconi (con le terme). Ognuno ha il proprio ingresso indipendente. Capienza fino a 12 persone. (a richiesta per 11a e 12a pers.)
Chalet al piano terra: ingresso, 2 camere da letto ciascuna con 1 letto 180x200, tv, bagno privato con doccia, wc e accesso al balcone. 1 camera con 4 letti (2 x 2 letti a castello 90x200), tv, bagno con doccia e accesso al balcone. 1 wc.
1° piano: magnifico soggiorno con cucina aperta sul soggiorno (cantina, divani, caminetto a gas, TV), accesso a 2 balconi-terrazze, di cui una con spa, magnifica vista su Les Gets e sulle piste in inverno.
2° piano: spaziosa suite parentale di 40 m² (con mansarda): 1 letto 180x200 cm, tv, scrivania, divano letto (2 posti letto pers.), doccia, bagno, wc.
Parte inferiore dello chalet: sauna, doccia, spazio chiuso (senza finestra) che può essere convertito a richiesta in sala TV o zona notte con 2 letti 80x200 cm che possono essere uniti in 1 letto 160x200. Zona lavanderia con lavatrice + asciugatrice.
Tutto è incluso: lenzuola, asciugamani, pulizia di fine soggiorno. Accesso internet Wi-Fi. Facoltativo: pulizia durante il soggiorno.
Terrazze-balcone con mobili da giardino, di cui 1 terrazza attrezzata con spa privata.
Parcheggio: 2 posti privati in garage chiuso. Dai garage, accesso allo chalet tramite ascensore o scale. Deposito sci con asciuga scarponi.
Centro del paese con i suoi negozi e attività a 500m. Comprensorio sciistico, ESF 700m. Navetta gratuita 100m. In estate: mountain bike nella località, campo da golf 4km. Morzine 8km. Lago di Ginevra, Evian 1 ora.
Animale accettato a condizione che non rimanga solo nell'alloggio in particolare (pacchetto 100€/animale).

Dans un ensemble de plusieurs chalets, très grand confort pour ce chalet aménagé sur 4 niveaux (220m² + 20m² mansardés) alliant ambiance montagnes et équipements modernes. Il est mitoyen à un 2ème chalet identique (NEKO réf. 134040). Tous 2 sont "construits en miroir", reliés et mitoyens uniquement par les halls d'entrée et un des balcons (avec le spa). Chacun dispose de sa propre entrée indépendante. Capacité jusqu'à 12 pers. (sur demande pour 11ème et 12ème pers.)
Rez-de-chaussée chalet : hall d'entrée, 2 chambres avec chacune 1 lit 180x200cm, tv, salle d'eau privative, wc et accès balcon. 1 chambre avec 4 couchages (2 x 2 lits 90x200cm superposés), tv, salle d'eau et accès balcon. 1 wc.
1er étage : magnifique pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte sur séjour (cave à vin, canapés, cheminée gaz, tv), accès à 2 balcons-terrasses dont une avec un spa, magnifique vue sur Les Gets et les pistes l'hiver.
2ème étage : spacieuse suite parentale de 40m² (avec mansardes) : 1 lit 180x200cm, tv, bureau, canapé convertible (couchage 2 pers.), douche, baignoire, wc.
Partie basse du chalet : sauna, douche, espace fermé (sans fenêtre) pouvant être aménagé selon votre demande en salle tv ou en espace nuit avec 2 lits 80x200cm jumelables en 1 lit 160x200. Coin buanderie avec lave + sèche-linge.
Tout est inclus : draps, serviettes, ménage de fin de séjour. Accès internet wifi. En option : ménage en cours de séjour.
Balcons-terrasses avec mobilier de jardin, dont 1 terrasse équipée d'un spa privatif.
Stationnement : 2 places privatives dans garage fermé. Depuis les garages, accès au chalet par ascenseur ou escaliers. Local skis avec sèche-chaussures.
